Lo-Fi inator · Last updated July 2026
Lo-Fi inator does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. Everything you do in the app stays on your device.
Nothing. Lo-Fi inator has no accounts, no sign-in, and no servers. We do not collect names, emails, location, contacts, usage analytics, advertising identifiers, or any other personal information.
All audio is processed entirely on your device. In the standalone app you can optionally choose the microphone as the input source so the effect can process live sound; audio is only used to generate the effect in real time and is never recorded, saved, uploaded, or shared. If you do not select the microphone as a source, the app does not access it. When Lo-Fi inator runs as an Audio Unit (AUv3) plugin, the host app provides the audio and no microphone access is requested.
Lo-Fi inator contains no tracking, no third-party analytics, and no advertising. We do not use the App Tracking Transparency framework because there is nothing to track.
Lo-Fi inator does not include third-party SDKs that collect data, and it does not share information with anyone, because it collects none.
Because Lo-Fi inator collects no personal data of any kind, it is safe for users of all ages, including children.
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date above.
